If you give us an hour and a half notice, there are no penalties for rejecting a ride. If you accept a ride and the ride pickup time is less than an hour and a half and you can’t do the ride you will not be penalized for rejecting a ride. All other instances you will get one warning and then a suspension for a week. Continued rejecting of rides will result in you being banned from driving on our platform.
